Returns and Refunds

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it. As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (for example, by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us at the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to Return an Item

1. Send us an email at info@pelomiratu.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We will reply with all the information you need for your return.
3. Pack the items securely, ideally in their original packaging, and include your order number.
4. Send the parcel to the address above. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Please send a separate return for each order. Returns are usually processed within a few business days after they arrive with us. We will let you know by email once your return has been checked.

Condition of Returned Items

To help us process your return smoothly, please return items unused, clean and complete with all accessories and, where possible, in their original packaging. Kitchenware that has been used for cooking or food preparation may lose value, which can affect the amount refunded as described above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pelomiratu.com with your order number, a short description and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
