Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within Germany only. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to other countries at this time.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Free. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.

Insured Express Shipping: €2.95. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Your parcel is insured for its full value during transport.

All prices include the statutory German value added tax. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. The delivery time begins once your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where available, this email includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Delays

In rare cases, delays may occur due to high parcel volumes, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes to the address. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately with your order number.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please make a note of this with the delivery driver if possible and contact us right away with a photo of the packaging and the item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
